All procedures and packages will be valid for up to 2 years after the purchase date.

Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that you come to your appointment on time.

• If you are a first-time patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the appropriate consent forms.

• Allow yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to find parking.

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, there will be a $50 no-show fee.

• Refer to a friend! Receive $25 off your next service.

The Medical Building is adjacent to Ala Moana Shopping Center’s Parking Lot. Bank of Hawaii is located on the first floor. Patients can park in the Ewa Wing of the Shopping Center and walk over to the Medical Building.

There are a few suggestions we have for parking:

• Entrance from Kapiolani Blvd (Heading East). Park on the 1st floor of the Shopping Center by Bank of Hawaii. Walk towards Bank of Hawaii and take the elevator up to the 7th floor, which will bring you to our office.
• Entrance from Keeaumoku Street On-Ramp. Go up the ramp, Park on the 2nd floor of the Shopping Center (EWA WING) ner Genki Sushi, Victoria’s Secret or Long’s, then walk right over to the Medical building. You will see a small parking lot which will lead you to the 3rd-floor entrance of Ala Moana Medical Building.
• Entrance from either Keaaumoku Street On-Ramp or Piikoi Street (near Nordstrom). Park on the 3rd floor of the Shopping Center (EWA WING). Walk to the makai side of the parking lot and there is a ramp that connects the parking structure to the Ala Moana Medical Building. This will lead you to the 4th-floor entrance of the Ala Moana Medical Building.
